      I work in the flagship store of weis markets in Enola, PA.

      Pros

      ~ It has a beautiful interior and a lot of fun new people to meet. ~ the food is really good and I like the variety they have. ~ Cleaning and working is easy in the pub, and fun.

      Cons

      ~ Management could careless about your existence, they only care about what looks good for them. ~ they will yell at you if you stop working for even five minutes, especially if you have nothing to do at that time. ~ you have zero job security. I always am afraid I'm gonna lose my job over something unfair because they don't really have a warning system. If they don't.like you and you make a mistake, you get the boot. ~ The pay is never worth it most of the time.
