Pros
Everyone is very respectful and kind. Employee discount on Weis brand items. They give you an extra dollar an hour for working Sundays.
Cons
You can't get full time hours, ever. The scheduling is done 3 weeks in advance which makes requesting days off hard. Certain department managers haven't received proper training and have no business in that position. That leads to screwed up inventory counts, so there will be too many breads and not enough muffins. There were several times we ran out of key ingredients, such as the glaze for glazed donuts.
