      This company is absolutely so greedy, and awful to work for.

      Pros

      The hours were always flexible, unless it was a holiday.

      Cons

      Once you take on this job you're signing your soul away. For 6 and a half years I was promised manager positions only to be told over and over again that I'm too nice, but I must train the people to take the Customer Service Manager position. Constantly do the manager's work and get no recognition until they need to throw you under the bus.

      The pharmacists are awesome and so are the technicians, good company

      The pay is crappy and the hours aren't great.

      Most stores have a friendly atmostphere. One learns a good deal with customer service at this job.

      Pros

      Vacation times were held on a first come first serve basis. Though sometimes senority would supercede. Most office employees were laid back, but not to the point that they couldn't get the job done. Most managers keep a gun-ho attitude that isn't too rough with their staff. Normally the small departments within the store end up being like little families.

      Cons

      There is and always will be favortism. Some managers are rougher than others when they don't need to be. This is a store by store basis, it's not all the same. Hours for departments are never allocated to help with demand.
