Pros
The scheduling was always pretty flexible. I worked here during high school and college for the extra money and, they were always very understanding of the demands of my education. The employees were also mostly nice and friendly, and I looked forward to working with many of them.
Cons
There was never a consistent amount of hours to be given. One week I would have 4 hours and the next week, I would have 40 hours. Full-time employees were very scarce and, in the four years I worked there - I never saw one person upgraded to full-time hours/benefits. Also, there was never any discipline of bad employees. Employees would show up three/four hours late for their shift with no reprimand. The only reason anyone ever got fired was for stealing. The turn-over rate was very high.
