It is total confusion as to what the hell is going on throughout this company. It is impossible to make dept schedules to run the depts. effectively with the labor hours that are given out each week! Upper management---they all have an opinion and they all want to be the boss. A big lack of communication throughout this company. Glad Hepfinger is gone but the company is still paying him . Are they so money hungary that they make their associates work like mules just to pay Hepfinger off. Its discusting working under these conditions. Then you get a new manager in the store who thinks he's going to change it all....
