This company is terrible! I wish I could give it 0 or negative stars!
Pros
I can't honestly think of a single good thing about working for this company. Things have been going downhill ever since my first day and show no signs of improving. I'm a soon-to-be former employee.
Cons
There are several I noticed even though I've only worked for them for three weeks. There is zero communication, zero accountability, and zero training. I don't know how someone who makes the schedule messes up AM and PM (The location where I am at isn't open yet, but I was told I'd be working daytime hours prior to the opening.) I have almost a decade of merchandising experience, but I've never worked in a grocery store before. I got hired as an overnight stocker. I was supposed to go to Hackettstown for training a month ago but something happened and no one got sent there for training. The worst part about working here is I haven't even been paid!!!! This company owes me two paychecks which should have been direct deposited into my bank account but I haven't seen a penny from them!
