Pros

Its a great place to work if you just need something part time. Managers are always willing to listen to your complaints (if nothing else) . If you don't have a bank account you can cash your payroll check right in the store . There are management opertunitys if you want them and work for them .

Cons

They tend to icen over real problems with temp. solutions. Although they listen to your issues most of the time you are patrinized about it. I E ... we just have to work together as a team or we understand your unhappy with the _________ but please know you are a valued memeber of the team and we need you . While nothing gets done about the issue. they don't really fire people unless its for something big. So you have to deal with people that don't always do there job even if you are doing yours right.

Based in Sunbury Pennsylvania. Wages Low.

Pros

It pays better than being a server at a restaurant with no customers ever.

Cons

Minimum wage because 100+ people were applying for a single job opening. Hours watched very close so nobody would ever get even 15 minutes of OT. Messages on the information board with high pressure to avoid any/all talks creating or joining anyone working on creating a union. Work Hard for the lowest pay the government allows and be happy you have a job. If you don't like it leave as there are 100 people standing in line for your job. Very demeaning job but I needed to eat and the economy in the area was horrible. I've since found much, much better work but still feel bad for anyone stuck in that situation.
