      Avoid at all costs

      Pros

      They do monthly food trucks. The production area is very clean. They do a good job with automation.

      Cons

      PTO benefits are not what you think. You start with 2 weeks vacation. However what they do not tell you is if they decide to close between Christmas and New years you have to use your vacation or it's unpaid. So you really do not get 2 weeks PTO to take when you want to. Avoid working in the warehouse. The warehouse supervisor as been with the company for 20 years, and the use of yelling, foul language and general disrespect for the direct reports is considered normal and ok.

      Pros

      High level and challenging environment for motivated individuals. Company offers a multitude of exciting and fulfilling opportunities within engineering and manufacturing.

      Cons

      Not a company if you are looking for “average” work. Not an environment where you can easily hide in the weeds.

      Pros

      Absolutely nothing. Devoid of any good qualities.

      Cons

      All of management, from upper levels to department managers enact personal vendettas against their employees. You are told one thing upon hiring and then expected to serve a completely different job role than the description you were hired for. They will blame you for bot having skills that you said in the interview you did not have.
