      Everyone working their was pretty good, a lot of management change up in the past year but I think it's for the better

      Steady hourly pay and days.

      Cons

      Incomplete training. Unreasonable expectations. Office politics that trump performance. Everyone is a boss and will tell you what to do and they don't want to hear your opinion. They make up reasons to discipline you and claim you should know things that you weren't trained for.

      Pros

      401k, benefits, Use to have holiday shut down but the president removed it. So that’s no longer a pro. Company is understanding at times. Flexible.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. It’s a male driven company. The staff is stiff you must be stone cold to work here. Vacation is only 2 weeks. Not a place to grow. If you are young get your experience and than leave.
