I started my career on the wrong foot - I didn't have a team nor did I feel valued, which resulted on the search for a role and company like this for years. And once I joined, my life has never been the same. There are so many opportunities to learn which in turn allows you to grow personally and professionally, with a true sense of ownership in what you do. But what I love the most are the people. Welcome not only has a great and compassionate CEO and leadership team, but also amazing teams that work hard together and support each other.
