I assist with the administrative side of this wonderful company. Our admin group is close-knit, hard-working, passionate, kind, and incredibly creative. I am empowered daily to grow as a professional and as a leader within WellQor. I also love the fast-pace start up culture as it allows me to assist with the company's growth and expansion; we are always brainstorming new ways to improve!

Cons

Working in Mental Health, it can have its challenges. However, WellQor's culture is set up to support each employee with these challenges as they come. Whether they are personal challenges or technical challenges - immediate support is offered every single time. I have never felt more supported by an employer!

-Excellent work/life balance (As a mother of young children this is extremely important to me). -Endless support from management, very responsive. -Ability to create your own hours & schedule, you won’t have someone demanding a M-F 9-5 work week if it doesn’t align with your life. -Ability to work from home using telehealth. -Free CEU opportunities posted frequently for employees.

Cons

- I wish I could have in-person interactions with our amazing team! Sometimes it’s hard just being able to connect virtually but you get used to it, especially with tele-communication being the norm these days.

Active and engaged leadership in a growing company. Leadership is always available to provide individualized support. Close working and supportive relationships between therapists and leadership ensure that no one feels like they are doing the work alone.

Cons

When a company is growing there are a lot of changes. Change is hard; however, WellQor makes it easier because they are in constant communication with their employees.
