They have many types of services to provide their clients. There are many ways that a client can be eligible and receive treatment from the services . There is room for creativity to work with client's individual needs. There is professionalism from management. They are supportive toward the clinicians and clients. They are always receptive to help and interested in your viewpoint

Likely the best job I've ever had. Allows me to do what I enjoy doing without all the politics and bureaucracy. I determine my own destiny. Flexible scheduling and great support from management are additional bonuses. Highly recommend working for this company.

Cons

Took awhile to get up to my desired caseload.

Pros

WellQor has the option to have a fee for service pay rate or a salaried pay. You choose. In addition, you are also responsible for keeping your own schedule. It's extremely flexible! And the communities available really appreciate the service.

Cons

The electronic health record initially is daunting. Having coverage for time needed off that cannot be made up later is pretty tricky due to the caseloads being so full. We do have one person that can supply coverage, but it is in a limited area and only on weekends.
