Pros

Quick onboarding, efficient communication, flexibility and availability of clients, ability to control schedule, Front Office onboard new clients and ensure active insurance (this is absolutely stress relieving), amazing clinical staff and Director (California region). Would definitely recommend for full time or part time employment.

Cons

Electronic charting system has had some technical difficulties.

Pros

Front desk and clinical supervisor are supportive and responsive. Enjoying more of a work/life balance and value having control over my schedule and time. Get paid for no shows/late cancels and as a full-time employee will get some holiday pay and PTO. Pay is bi-weekly.

Cons

EHR has a learning curve but is manageable; there is some disconnect in terms of co-workers but that is expected with remote work. There are opportunities through team building meetings. Build up was slower than expected and didn't receive the first pay check for a month.
