- Using all of the latest serverless AWS features and at scale which presents challenging problems and presents a lot of learning opportunities. - Working outside business hours is very rare. Management protects employees from this. - Great health benefits, fair compensation, great work/life balance. - You work on a product that makes a big difference in other people's daily lives and the work is fulfilling. - Great onboarding process and talented tech team that takes the time to train new employees. - You get to work on what you are passionate about. Smaller company gives you more ownership and a voice to speak your opinion. - Able to work remote, there is a nice office in Chicago but it's optional and more of a benefit. - Great executive team and positioned well in the market to maintain continued success.
