      Pros

      A very stabilized professional atmosphere to grow. The supporting staff is well organized and disciplined, and everyone was treated equally in terms of being a respected professional of their designated positions. Also, a well respected institution that is well known throughout the city.

      Cons

      I don't detect anything negative overall. I'm appreciative in having the opportunity to be employed from a respected medical institution such as Boston Medical Center HealthNet.

      Great ET, you do not have to ask a supervisor for time off. You get 33 days off a year.

      Cons

      They are strict about using your ET, if you call out you can get fired.

We're pleased to hear that you appreciate the flexibility of our earned time (ET) program as well as the amount of time off we provide to our employees. With a part of our mission being to effectively serve our members, we do ask our employees to follow procedure when it comes to using ET and that involves getting advance approval from your manager. We understand the value of taking time off to restore, relax and take care of personal matters, but we also have to strike a balance to ensure we have adequate employee coverage in place to fulfill our mission.       Bullies in Management, and limited growth

      Pros

      Fully remote roles are available, allowing for better work life balance

      Cons

      Not ideal work groups, many are burnt out and done with their respective roles at the company but still stay there. It’s really negative especially amongst the UM and Pharmacy teams
