      Pros

      great environment to work. You will make friends there!!! Wellington pays reasonably well and they offer good benefits (private health, private dentist). offices are beautiful and very comfortable.

      Cons

      Do not challenge things too much because almost everything should be done in the 'Wellington way'. The Company has over 1500 employees but it is run as if iwere a company with 100 employees. Only few people within the organisation can take important decisions. Forget about making serious money, unless you become an Associate Partner or a Partner

      Pros

      Good benefits, life can be easy if you are in a well connected team. Most smart people have left and the firm is not performance oriented, so if you are halfway decent and don’t hurt egos you can have a “good life” here.

      Cons

      Weak leadership, pretends to be good in DEI but the (woman) CEO is incompetent and has surrounded herself with political and incompetent women. Very difficult unless you are part of the group.
