      One of the best investment management firms One of the largest in asset size, very high asset size over number of employees Great benefit package and healthy bonus in good years Very intelligent and hard-working partners Beautiful buildings with great view

      Too much emphasis on a culture that's not real, most people here are phonies Very long hours, too many meetings, political performance reviews Sugarcoating, retaliatory subculture, a good amount of backstabbing & who knows who for job security Finger pointing (CYA and run), conflict of interest, constant fear, you can't trust anyone, just kiss the ring No independent thinking, the slow and "seek a wider audience" wellington way or the highway

      Awful transparency and lack of communication from senior management, especially new ceo Limited insight into how promotions work and where you stand Changing culture - 3+ cycles of layoffs in the last year as a result of poor financial performance since 2022 Heavy reliance on offshore talent in IT and tricky work life balance as a result Tech talent compensation below industry
