      Pros

      Access to high-quality investment content, a lot of smart people with a fantastic sense of humour. I have made friends for life. Reasonable working hours.

      Cons

      Can be pretty political. Disappointing business management function with biased views and clear favourites amongst the team. Salaries for people who have been there for a while can get out of sync with the market.
