Great benefits; good compensation, great opportunity to work on different assignments; excellent opportunity to be in front of some of the smartest people on the planet on the business side.

Cons

Long hours; work life balance for some positions is non-existent. Environment can be very political at times; not a lot of room to move up since people don't tend to leave.

Pros

Good benefits and bonuses. Great culture if you care about it. Friendly environment, a lot of talented people. They always try to explore new technologies.

Cons

Not much for a career advancement, things move very slow there. They waste time and money introducing new software tools to help be more efficient where in fact it adds more complexity. You could have a horrible work life balance depends on which team you work for, But in general you are expected to put in extra time.

Working with very friendly and smart and highly talented people.

Cons

Growth and progression internally very difficult or slow, if almost nonexistent. Inadequate total compensation to the volume of work required especially when short-staffed which is quite often which can affect your work/life balance.
