      Great corporate training in institutional finance, high expectations everything must be perfect - great resources to produce a great product. working with very smart people

      Cons

      You must be a fit in the corporate culture and there is not a lot of room to get creative or explore new ideas here, it's a competitive culture and slow to promote and reward.

      Culture, flexibility, security, nice people, great opportunity to improve your on the job skills. Ability to join many affinity groups and participate in mostly anything you'd like to.

      Cons

      pay can be stagnant- need to be patient for promotions and other opportunities within the firm. Depending on the team, training can be abysmal for new roles

      People are very professional and hard working. There is very little politics at play and everyone is focusing on getting the work done. Knowledge sharing encouraged is well executed across teams

      Cons

      Long work hour is the trend. You will be expected to be working on multiple projects always at the same time and time to market is essential.
