      Pros

      One of the best investment management firms One of the largest in asset size, very high asset size over number of employees Great benefit package and healthy bonus in good years Very intelligent and hard-working partners Beautiful buildings with great view

      Cons

      Too much emphasis on a culture that's not real, most people here are phonies Very long hours, too many meetings, political performance reviews Sugarcoating, retaliatory subculture, a good amount of backstabbing & who knows who for job security Finger pointing (CYA and run), conflict of interest, constant fear, you can't trust anyone, just kiss the ring No independent thinking, the slow and "seek a wider audience" wellington way or the highway

      Pros

      People, culture, information sharing, growth opportunities, personal development opportunity. Wellington is simply a great company to work for where good work is always recognized.

      Cons

      Positions are often very focused on particular tasks. I would appreciate having the opportunity to have exposure to tasks that involve various skills.
