Incredible people to work with! And challenging and meaningful work. They actually care about your future career interests. Highly talented and incredibly smart colleagues. Creates an intellectually stimulating environment. They treat all of their employees as equals. Upper management does not look down upon anyone but rather involves even the junior most person - value people’s thought process and creativity. Good benefits and salary.

Cons

Few opportunities for entry level employees and therefore not a very sturdy path for career progression. They mostly hire people who are already specialized in their field, which of course is one of the primary reasons for the high quality work they produce. Some major issues with business management - not the most effective business managers in addressing needs of employees or in creating an amicable environment.
