      Pros

      Great brand and looks good on resume. Can build incredible institutional knowledge given breadth and talent. If chosen, success is predetermined as long as your mentor remains.

      Cons

      The definition of corporate politics. Not a meritocracy, no loyalty, no self awareness, not a place for high performing employees unless you are an investor. Under invested in distribution and wonder why they have a distribution problem. Management covers up bad behavior to protect optics. The result is a toxic culture and still declining.

      Benefits is OK, set up is OK, good location.

      Cons

      Management is dishonest, unprofessional and incompetent, this is all about politics and nothing else, a lot of idiots in the firm.

      Fringe benefits, pay is OK.

      Cons

      Everything else. GRG is treated like second class citizens who cater to the investment staff. The executives within GRG are nasty and egotistical. Admins are overworked and treated extremely poor. Expect to receive 50+ hours worth of work per week. Many other GRG admins are nervous wrecks due to the high expectations and unrealistic workload. Work life balance is terrible. Expect to not be able to take any of your time off without facing consequences. Leaving at 5 and not coming in early frequently is frowned upon. You need to drink the Kool-Aid to succeed at Wellington. If you do not fit in, you will be forced out.
