      Very friendly environment, unusually so for the industry. People tend to give credit where credit is due. Management is invested in your development.

      Cons

      The cons are what you'd expect working in finance: it's market driven, so there's more stress when the market is down. Long hours.

      Pros

      The culture is very collaborative, people are usually willing to help you learn, and the work is interesting. Work/life balance is amazing for finance.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can take a while to advance, especially at the junior levels. People are not always completely open.

      Pros

      The people are incredibly brilliant and you are always learning. It's very collaborative without being negative. Everyone helps everyone else, and they're always trying to teach. They have great benefits and it's overall a wonderful company.

      Cons

      They will work you very hard. If you like that kind of atmosphere, which I do, then it's fine. But don't think you're going to come in and work a normal 8 hour day. Most days for my team are 10-12 hours, but you're always doing something different so it's okay.
