      The best culture of any company i have ever worked at. Hours can be long however the team culture is strong and you have peers with good skillsets.

      Long hours and lots of weekend work. Favoritism runs ramped.

      old school management suited for 18th century. no meritocracy. spend more years, u get promoted regardless of how bad you are. very consensus driven, which means lack of decisions. growth is purely determined by how you socialize and connect with others, not on the basis on real work quality - almost a farse; pretty political
