      Pros

      Good benefits and bonuses. Great culture if you care about it. Friendly environment, a lot of talented people. They always try to explore new technologies.

      Cons

      Not much for a career advancement, things move very slow there. They waste time and money introducing new software tools to help be more efficient where in fact it adds more complexity. You could have a horrible work life balance depends on which team you work for, But in general you are expected to put in extra time.

      Very fast paced and collaborative environment There is never a dull moment Some flexibility is offered but mostly need to be in the office Always surrounded by smart and talented people

      Sometimes collaborative approach slows things down Growth is limited As company has grown, new people finding difficult to assimilate with culture More corporate culture is kicking in which was never there before
