Pros
I worked at Wellington as an administrative assistant. Having now worked at other organizations I have a better appreciation of how well-organized Wellington was. There was a best practice for everything and always someone you could ask that had done it before. Having now worked at places with zero established protocols and having to make everything up as you go, I realize how nice that was to have. The pay and benefits were good, and they genuinely seemed to want to keep their people happy, which is rare.
Cons
The pace felt stressful at times, but having since worked at an NGO and having to do the responsibilities of 5 different job descriptions (for less than I made at Wellington), I now realize it wasn't at all unreasonable.
