      Leading global asset manager with some of the best investors in the business working at your side

      Cons

      Not so much a con as much as a reality of the pitfalls of growth. As companies grow, they necessarily lose touch with their entrepreneurial roots, and become more and more bureaucratic

      Pros

      STOP REMOVING MY NEGATIVE REVIEWS. This is not a good company and people need to know. No pros here. This place is highly political and doesn’t pay well at all unless you’re a partner. They’ll give you a bonus target number then pay you significantly less. They couldn’t even afford a holiday party for associates last year.

      Cons

      Legal Risk and Compliance departments are an absolute mess. Constant re-orgs so you will have a new boss every 6 month. Highly political and arrogant leadership who won’t even say hello if they pass you in the hall.
