-Depending on the manager you have (some are more wrapped up in projects than others, so it may seem like they may not have time for you, but that is not the case - the right manager will make time for its team) -Grateful for the free food but would be more productive if there were financial incentives -Instill more trust in your employees (autonomy is king) -Some metrics are difficult to achieve because there are many variables to our job
