Pros

- No Work, All your acquired skills become invalid after a year as you know nothing but relaxing. - free transport - Growth based on work

Cons

- You will loose all your talent in a year as projections are not more than a year. - No cross movement until your manager says OK. Meaning you are stuck in a loop. - Yearly twice hike is gone. Now its yearly once and has lowered significantly. - Promotions are becoming less as headcount is increasing - No onsite opportunity. - If you dont want to grow and stragnet is what you are looking then this is the place. Hope recession wont make void soon.

Pros

Package with Fixed pay Work from Home 5 days a month Work Life Balance Some of the benefits No disturbance in weekends Helpful team members (Except Managers)

Cons

Managers - Some of the managers are non-professional. They feel like servants to onsite. You will be screwed even if you are right. Escalations are very common things here and managers can't defend it so they will directly fall on your head. HRs - They are very much close to Managers. They don't even listen to Associates. If a Manager targets you, then you will be screwed no matter what.
