* Great benefits * Yearly appraisal (As long as you meet the criteria, and it's easy!] *Work-life balance is great * No difficulty with filing Paid Time Off at all * Leadership wants you to grow and will guide you through the whole process

Cons

Suppose you're looking to expand your horizons and advance your career. In that case, I can't exactly say it's a good experience here since there's barely any openings or opportunities for this. But I take it as a pro as well, since that means people are happy where they are. - Depending on the department there's no hybrid option OR it might just be 1 wfh day
