Pros
Money can be good if you know how to get leads. Vacation days are generous.
Cons
An Inbound call center that counts on you to get the leads. If you rely on their leads, you won't make it because the leads are terrible. Quality is too hard. Can get two wrong on a 45 min call. Errors can be spelling name wrong, not documenting correctly, not following their flow in order. A spelling error has equal consequence to an E&O claim that could result in a law suit.
