Pros

Is a national employer, relocation is a viable option. Competitive pay scales & benefits. Plenty of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Large company mentality. Employee interests are secondary to profit / stockholder interests. Low performing employees can hide in the woodwork for year if they don't rock the boat.
