Pros

Good benefits. Nice CORPORATE buildings. Definitely invested in their properties.

Cons

Raises tend to be pretty terrible. You definitely need to move around and change possessions to make any money with the company if you plan on staying with the company. While the rating system for annual reviews tends to be a one through a five. Almost no one gets a one and definitely no one gets a five. (of course there are words, not numbers, such as meets, exceeds or needs improvement etc… but giving numbers to simplify). And if you are a really hard worker and think you are going to get a four, which is exceeds….. you better damn well hope someone on your team gets a two. Ratings are on a bell curve.
