Cons

Pros

Lots of growth opportunities due to restructuring, preferred promotions from within including a mentorship program. 3/2 hybrid model. Employees are the most friendly and supportive you can find.

Cons

Significantly low moral due to offshoring and new core location model, unstable executive leadership with borderline ethics problems, and lack of transparency regarding future goals of the company. Rumor mill runs rampant. There is currently no employee retention program.

Pros

Pay is good, and good pto

Cons

The access access is super complex, limited tool so far to learn new skills, and DBA support is almost none existent. There are no BAs and the business has no idea what the want or need and no idea how to communicate it much less document requirements. You may be asked to go into the office even though you may be sitting by yourself, as the rest of your team is in another building or state.
