Cons

awful products, even worse interest rates. as close to cold actually being cold calls. awful client base in subprime market. opportunity for advancement is a joke.

Pros

Easy to get in as a Teller and at lest move up as a banker. If you get into a good branch with good coworkers things will be fine. If its a slow branch your screwed! Your able to take PTO when you like with out having to pull hairs. Good experience and good stuff for your resume.

Cons

Sales are a little tuff unless you have some tricks up your sleeve. Once you hit your goals ask to be promoted! Ive seen people work there for 5-10-15 yrs and just up and quit! Don't feel like anyone cares about you unless your helping them get their bonus. I call it treading water till your fired!

Pros

I am a legacy wachovia employee. So far, Wells sounds like they want to help employees manage their careers. It's not bad so far.

Cons

We're going through a merger so it's not the type of environment where you can move around, just yet. We really won't know what the company will really be like until the merger is complete.
