      Great benefits package and career potential. Management track and ability to move up quickly exists verus other employers, certainly not a dead end job.

      Cons

      Customer base is somewhat limited depending on where you work, also consumer impressions of Wells Fargo Financial can hold back success of sales calls.

      flexable work hours, no one looking over your shoulder

      Cons

      Always fighting operations. Sales is suppose to be what keeps the company a live, but operations sets up all the rules. They change closing dates without notifying anyone. Losses files. will ask for the same stips that were sent over and over.

      great benefits, good matching plan on the 401k although the investment options are only so/so, good ability to develop and move up the ladder (depending on your location)
