      Pros

      I feel Wells Fargo is a good company to work for. They have good benefits, career advancement, many locations and is a strong and stable company. In may ways they are better then some of the other larger banks.

      Cons

      This is not really a complaint, but I wish they would have tried to place the better employees within the company when being displaced. I really feel this would save the company some dollars,

      Pros

      Great work environment and team. Allotted 18 days Paid Time off from the start of your employment. Sales Bonus and Incentives Available.

      Cons

      Mandated Unreachable sales goals that increase every year. Somedays made to work with goals not met. Pushy leadership. Only bosses and no leaders.

      At the retail level, it wasn't a great place to work.

      Pros

      Huge Company with great opportunities if you can get out of the community bank channel. Benefits are great. Lots of team work and learning opportunities.

      Cons

      The retail banking group was run by cheerleaders and people who cared about their own advancement.
