Pros

Benefits package would be the best reason to work here. If you are making minimum wage they start tellers at 10$ per hour with benefits if you work a minimum of 17 hours a week.

Cons

Do not care about their people- they preach "PACA" people as a competitive advantage but certainly do not live this motto. Career opportunity is horrid, can be the top performer in a region for years and is not enough for promotions, have to threaten to quit to get a raise to what they are hiring people at your job currently. Yearly raise is usually pennies for all employees non-management. District and Regional leadership are on conference calls and meetings so often they have lost complete touch of the in branch experience and customer experience. This company has still not released its list of foreclosures to the public in lieu of losing stock value.

Pros

Good Health, Dental, Vision plans. Bank still matches 401K up to 6% $1 for $1. Still providing raises and bonuses.

Cons

Lots of change throughout the entire system due to Wachovia acquisition. Employees trying to figure out how to work through new systems throughout the West and East.
