      Pros

      The culture of the company is perfect. Unlike east cost banks that are extremley competitive within team members, Wells truly inspires members within offices to function as a unified team. Beyond this there are many other reasons, Managers are easy to access, mentorship is available and traning is always recommended. Giving back to the community is also valued. Also salaries (SALARIES not total compensation) for Executive Management compared to other major banks, is reasonable and respectable.

      Cons

      It is a large company so there is much talent to compete with for promotions.

      Great training program for recent college graduates. Sales driven culture makes you feel like a used car salesman

      Pros

      The managerial team was very supportive at all times. Training was extremely thorough, and I feel it was beneficial even though I did not ultimately stay in the banking industry. There were employee-initiated sessions to refresh our knowledge and comfort level with both new products and services as well as those that had been offered for some time. Management was always quick to give accolades for sales accomplishments, no matter how small.

      Cons

      Very sales driven culture. Can be very stressful at times. You must sell 8 products to every customer that walks in the door.
