      Pros

      Treating employees as a core asset and competitive advantage - benefits are generally good. Strong vision and values statement regarding focus on the customer.

      Cons

      Comparatively lower pay when compared to the rest of the industry. At times too much emphasis on longevity/seniority over skills, contribution or effort.

      Pros

      If you are into technology wanted the freedom to buid news software and process improvement then this is a place to go for. It's big incase if you want to relocate you can apply with in the company in other parts of the state. Work/Live balance is great!!

      Cons

      If you are looking to go up the chain or move to a different role etc, you can do so, but rule generally you can't see the bigger hike in your salary.
