Pros

You really don't have to work really hard to work at Wells Fargo. It doesn't have that "cut throat" kind of stress. If you like that, you'll feel quite at home. But if you thrive in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment, you might get a little bored.

Cons

The culture kind of encourages game-playing. Just doing good work might not get you anywhere. You'll never lose your job, but you probably wouldn't get promoted, unless you know how to play the game.

Pros

This part time job offered decent pay, flexible hours, good support from management, reasonable bonus and incentive structure, excellent benefits, time off, etc.

Cons

Lots of sales pressure, sales quotas, constant micromanaging, rude/harassing customers, nepotism, other favoratism and other things that were not proper workplace subjects. Little room to advance at the retail store level. Had to get too many things approved.
