Pros

Great benefits. Paid time off is excellent and ability to take time off from management is flexible. Ability to telecommute.

Cons

Since it is such a huge financial company, the obvious requirements of many levels of approval on any external facing programs is never ending. This slows up actual work.

Pros

This is a good company that is changing fast. You usually work with pretty cool people that are outgoing and want to get along. The benefits are nice and so is the 401k which is 6% after the first year. You can move up quickly like in all jobs if you kiss butt and succeed at your position. You can actually promote yourself rather quickly if you want. Your manager makes a huge difference, so hopefully you get a good one.

Cons

The companies goals have changed a lot and almost seem unethical, with a business model that doesn't seem to hold strong over the long run. You are pushed extremely hard and the compensation for your sales is very sad and almost embrassing. If you want to do great sales you must contribute to the recession. Your main goal is to get a checking account.

Pros

Great people in the trenches. Flexible work schedules. Good inhouse training opportunities if you can find the time. Strong business side of the house. Powerful inhouse tools for collaboration of projects.

Cons

Without the right protector on the "in" you are on the way out. Watch the burnout. LIttle room for thinking outside of the box. Many protectors of the status quo prevent innovation. The list of people owed is long, so stand in line for years for a top spot.
