Pros

Good benefits - plenty of time off. I work for Card Services and Consumer Lending, which has a much more laid back culture than the rest of the company, very nice department to work for.

Cons

Current management over-values expense management. It's hard to get much done when management isn't willing to pay for anything. I've heard that Wells Fargo Financial is a depressing unit to work for from co-workers who have gone there and returned to my business unit later.

Pros

Career growth. Easy to transfer to other states. Good benefits: 6% match on 401k. Friendly staff & management . Strong company – you know they will be around for a long time. They have great recognition events each year for the top performers. All expense paid trips for you and a guest to places like Hawaii, Cancun, & Disneyworld in FL.

Cons

Stressful at times. If you are not a salesperson you may not like working at Wells Fargo.

Pros

Lots of opportunity for growth and learning if you take the initiative. Work/Life balance is excellent.

Cons

Managers are not held accountable for aiding their team members' careers. The company could do more to walk the talk of "our employees are our most important assets".
