Too money driven

Pros

Co-Workers. That's the only thing bearable about working for this company as a teller. Pay is horrible, no emphasis on customer service (even though they say CS is the number one prirority)

Cons

Sales Sales Sales. Tellers are now mini-bankers without the pay. If we don't meet our daily and weekly quota, we get scolded by managers.

A good place to work before merger with Wachovia

Pros

-- The company is doing well despite the challenges in the financial services industry and economic downturn. -- Typically good work/life balance.

Cons

-- Too many re-orgs and chaos post merger with Wachovia that made for a very unpleasant place to work. Caused a lot of friction between the two companies that created a 'us' vs 'them' mentality.
