      Pros

      Very knowledgable employee base with great variety and depth of experiences. Pleased with overall communications within actual working group and direct reports.

      Cons

      Weak communication in terms of merger related on-goings and happenings. Many left to guess or left behind while head people moved on.

      Pros

      The benifits were good and then incentive plan for sales was a good way to get you to push yourself. Conservative company so you know it was stable

      Cons

      Conservative company so pay was ok in relatation to others, plus now they only offer 401k. They dropped the cash balance pension plan. Demanding on the sales.

      Pros

      Plenty of holidays and vacation time. Decent Salary.

      Cons

      Poor product selections (no one can sell a car loan at 12% when the national average is half that). Management is quick to tell you what you've done wrong, but very slow to tell you what you've done well. Training is not long enough, they give you the bare bones information and then expect you to be a brilliant sales person within days of leaving training.
