      Pros

      Good solid company, that promotes within. Just make sure you choose your career path wisely, you could end up in a dead end job. If you start in a retail branch its very difficult to transfer to another department, with only retail training you dont have to much to choose from outside. They have great training team, and most upper management are very supportive. As long as you do your job and sell you will be fine.

      Cons

      Jumping from retail stores to other departments within wells fargo. Pay is decent but most other banks will pay you more. You can end up in a dead end job or get stuck in retail. They also hire store manager for there sales performance not so much on there leadership.
