      It was ok, you get paid alot more if you a consultant

      Pay as a consultant was great for a 25 yr old, I have really valued the experience and cant wait to start a perm job elsewhere

      Cons

      The management could have been better, they seem to be all over the place every time I worked there over the past years.

      Benefits package and salary were ok at least on my perspective end. the people who work are usually great to work with.

      Cons

      micromanaging at its finest and sales pressure is rediculous in specific branches. politics are huge there. to move up after you have reached the banker position can be difficult.
