Pros

I can only say the pay and PTO

Cons

When I started I do admit that I did take a couple days of PTO, and that I took the full 7 days of bereavement due to husbands passing. I was written up for excessive absences in January, I haven’t missed any days since then. Did take the mandatory 10 days Required Absence that we all have to take January 26-February 7. Supervisor called me and told me that I have to take an extended Required Absence because I never logged off from my laptop and come back to work February 16. March 3, I’m getting terminated for excessive absences, this doesn’t make any sense when in the employee handbook you provide 7 days bereavement and 10 days Required Absence.
