Pros

Wells Fargo supports their employees in everything they do. They are major supporters of Diversity, and have great visions and values. I must say that they are the best company I have ever worked for. I know that I'll be a lifer here, because they treat their people well, and sincerely want them to succeed.

Cons

The only downside I see is that there is not enough growth opportunity where I live. They need to expand the jobs available in my area to encourage professional growth.

Pros

Extremely conscious of balancing work and life. There is much flexibility in roles and can find a spot to highlight your strengths. Training is important and a constant theme. The size allows for a person to find a role that suits them and helps their team and company. I have enjoyed working at Wells Fargo and am proud of the organization. This is a proud company and takes pride in it's team members.

Cons

It's a large institution that can get bureaucratic. There is a structure to Wells Fargo that keeps it strong, but also makes it somewhat rigid and slow moving.
